Ryan Adams
Founder & CEO
Ryan has been in the real estate markets since he was 24 and has been actively investing in real estate, remodeling, developing, and building homes for 18+ years. He was an integral part of the growth of their parent company, Built By Adams, one of the premier residential home builders in Southern Maine in operation for over 45 years.

He has successfully bought and sold millions of dollars in real estate as well as build several successful companies both online and offline.

He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Southern Maine as well as additional degrees from Notre Dame and Cornell. Ryan lives in Southern Maine with his wife Leah and three children.
Leah Adams
President and Chief Financial Officer
Leah has over 20 years of real estate experience as both a former real estate agent and investor. She handles the financial operations for multiple Adams companies along with the day to day operations of Adams Investments.
She is a native of Kennebunkport and received her Bachelors in Marketing from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Leah spent her post grad years working for the Boston Bruins NHL hockey team, Harvard-affiliated Joslin Diabetes Center and Sweetser.

Leah is an active member of her community, dedicated to supporting local education and housing initiatives. Currently, she serves on the board of the Neighborhood Housing Trust, where she works to provide affordable housing solutions. Leah lives in Southern Maine with Ryan and their three children.
